A Maine agency that actually picks up the phone.
Six agents, one office on Center Street in Old Town, and an open invitation to talk about your coverage like a neighbor — not a transaction.
Founded by educators. Open to everyone.
Our roots are with Horace Mann — a national carrier founded in 1945 by two educators who couldn't find anyone willing to insure teachers at a fair rate. They built one. That ethos still runs through how we operate.
At Case-DeFranco Agency, we serve teachers, principals, custodians, paraprofessionals — and everyone outside the school building too. The same care, the same attention, the same locally-grown service.
We'll meet you at your kitchen table, in our office at 136 Center Street, or wherever makes sense for you. Insurance shouldn't be something you dread thinking about. We're here to make it boring in the best possible way.
Real people, not call centers.
